An Overhead Crane used in conjunction with hoists and/or end effectors. This to allow for overhead handling of products instead of through aisles or floor space. This can be both horizontal and vertical movement of products. Cranes operate either manually, pendant or pedestal station and radio frequency controlled wireless devices Typical uses include multi-directional movement of materials to support manufacturing, storage, loading or unloading activities inside a facility, outside in a yard, or at a railway or shipping port. The most common and simplistic types of cranes are: workstation, jib, and gantry style cranes.
