Steel Racks
A returnable shipping rack designed and prototyped by Davco. The collapsible bi-folding posts allow for easy loading and unloading of parts.
This rack was manufactured in production from an existing customer design. A robot loads the rack with vehicle structures and then hangs by the top support angles to travel down an e-coating line, where the vehicle structures get a black coating.
This rack was an existing design for the application of shipping steel pipes and tubes from a mill to a Tier 1 company.
Manufactured in production, this rack was designed by Davco to ship Right Hand and Left Hand parts in 1 common rack.
This rack was designed by our engineering, with much input from our customer, to ship 1 truck hood per rack. The rack will collapse down to quarter height, in order to ship back 4 times the amount of racks when empty.
