24/Seven® LockSafe® Mats Tiles and Ramps

Clear

24/7® LockSafe® Mats has a patent pending Positive Interlock System, so you can “lockdown” mats securely and they stay together. Positive systems lock in: both male and female connectors have a flange that lock together and provide a secure connection in all directions.

Industrial Matting Video

Available in two different rubber compounds based on environmental exposures. NBR Nitrile Rubber for areas with petroleum based fluids or GR Grease Resistant, natural rubber for wet, dry or greasy areas. Choose GRITSHIELD™ for increased traction.

Mats are available in Black and ramps are available in Black or Yellow

Tiles are designed for preventing static electricity build up which can produce damaging sparks that can ruin and destroy expensive equipment. 24/7® LockSafe® Mats eliminate static, while providing an ergonomic work surface for your team to perform.

Made to cover large areas quickly, the mats can be placed directly atop a conductive coating or floor, eliminating the need for messy grounding cords.

The “positive interlock” technology allows the rubber tiles to lock in, while remaining easy enough to ‘unzip’ for reconfiguration. Around electronics keeping a work area clean is very important. This matting system allows the mat to be rolled up to make keeping a cleaning easier.

24/7® LockSafe® Mats are available in a sold surface tile and an open grid tile which eliminates static while providing a drainage ergonomic work surface for your team to perform.
