Chain Sheaves & Load Wheels are reliable in the most demanding applications.
Sheaves are typically have a center-bore, and key to shafts or fitted with set screws.
Use the hand-wheel sheaves in low-load applications such as roll-up doors and hard-to-reach valve actuation.
The design for load wheel sheaves are for handling heavy loads such as furnace doors, ladles, and other process equipment.
Sheaves come standard with a blank hub to be machined as necessary upon arrival or machining options for sheaves and guides (bores, keyways and setscrews) are available on request.
With capacities up to 10,080 lbs., all sheaves have precision engineering to perfectly mate with their respective chain.
All products available in additional sizes and capacities upon request. Made in the USA. Sheave warranty is void if not paired with chain.
