Description
Eagle-Grip® Model EL4F Heavy-Duty Clamping Mechanism is designed for high-volume drum handling. The HEL4F is all-mechanical and capable of handling one to four fully loaded drums at a time without the need for hydraulic or electrical connections to the lift truck.
It’s the ideal attachment for loading or unloading trailers, oversea shipping containers or for palletizing drums from filling lines.
The HEL4F consists of a floating head with a centering guide which helps properly position the clamping mechanism into place, while lowering the attachment between up to 4 drums.

Features
- All mechanical automatic clamping mechanisms handle from one to four drums at a time without any hydraulic or electrical connections to the lift truck
- Ideal for palletizing drums or unloading trailers. Simply position the center guide over the four drums, lower and lift.
- Once the drums are gripped, the clamping mechanisms safely secure the drums in place for transportation over dock plates and other unlevel surfaces
- Recommended for high volume drum handling when loading/unloading trailers and palletizing drums off filling lines

QUICK-CLAW OPTION: Eliminates the need for operator dismount from the lift truck to install the OSHA requirement safety chain. Quick-Claw Cam Locks automatically lock the attachment onto the lift truck blades when the attachment is lifted. A safety chain does not come with the Quick-Claw option. Fork pockets extension is to 43″ in length.
