Hydra-Lift Drum Roller accepts a steel drum in upright position. You control the built-in hydraulic system to lift drum and place it quickly and easily for rotation.
Start and stop rotation with a second control. Easy ergonomic loading and unloading.
Roll drum at 5 to 20 RPM until contents are mixed as desired, then return to vertical to unload.
Drum Rollers and Control Packages sold separately. Control Packages include a timer, start/stop buttons, red emergency stop button, lockable main disconnect, and wire terminals for external safety interlock switch..

Rotate steel drums 6″ to 26″ dia., max. 40″ length. AC Motor is 1 HP 60 Hz. Capacity 1000 lbs. liquid load, 400 lbs. dry load. A shifting dry load exerts greater stress on the drum rotator than the fluid motion of a liquid load.

- Load upright drum at floor level with drum truck, or with below-hook drum lifter and your crane
- Hydraulic Power-Tilt drum over onto roller wheels
- Roll STEEL drum with 6″ to 26″ (15 to 66 cm) diameter, and maximum 40″ (102 cm) length
- To roll a PLASTIC drum, add Option POLY-456
- To roll 1-to-5 gallon cylindrical can, install Idler Attachment 1-5-1
- Maximum ambient operating temperature: 130oF (54oC)
- Remix settled ingredients.

Guard Enclosure Kit:
Add the Guard Enclosure Kit to meet the OSHA requirement that all drum rotators are enclosed with a safety interlock, so the rotator automatically shuts off if the enclosure is opened. Weight – 375 Lbs.
