Lite Duty Guard Rail have a Drop-In, lift-Out design. Protects for lite duty impacts such as electric pallet trucks, powered stackers, self-dumping hoppers and pallet jacks.
Posts have 8″ x 8″ base plates and powder coated steel caps. Floor mounting hardware available, but NOT included.
Lite Duty Guard Rail is designed for light-duty applications such as impacts from electric pallet trucks, powered stackers, high-lift scissor trucks, manual pallet trucks, and push carts.
Features
- All welded LIFT-OUT design standard, which reduces installation cost by half
- Rails are constructed of 14 gauge high-tensile steel
- Impact rating of 5,000 lbs at 5 mph
- Installs in half the time. No hardware needed
- Sleeves are welded to posts, no costly brackets as an afterthought
- Rail fits 4″ posts with 8″ x 8″ base plate
- Available in heights of 18″ & 42″
- Rails are 2′ through 10′. (one foot increments)
- Rails measure center to center of post
- 5/8″ x 4.75″ anchors available upon request.
