- Smooth Power and Control
The standard power unit comes with a 5HP electric motor for fast raising. The motor design is to operate on 240/480-volt, 3 phase, 60 HZ power. Consult customer service for other electrical options. A one piece aluminum manifold block, solenoid valve, and check valve are in the remote-mounted power unit to control hydraulic functions.
- Built for Minimum Maintenance
Electrical components are in a NEMA 4 and NEMA 12 enclosures to keep dust and moisture out and to protect fuses. DU maintenance-free bearings on all pivot points minimize wear and eliminate the need for greasing. Removable pins simplify removal of cylinders and scissor legs and a maintenance strut keeps the scissor dock lift raised during hydraulic servicing.
- Warranty
These loading dock lifts warranty is for a period of five years against defects in workmanship and materials on all structural parts, six months on hydraulic cylinder seals, six months on electrical parts, and one year on the hydraulic power pack,
