Super Extra Heavy Duty Structural Base Self-Dumping Hoppers are all-welded, so you can be certain of their durability. These self dumping hoppers handle bulk materials and scrap generated from manufacturing processes. Weight capacity is 6,000 lbs. Rockers on 1-1/2 thru 2-1/2 yd., mount inboard and gusseted to provide increased strength to hopper body.
All-welded self dumping hoppers handle bulk materials and scrap generated from manufacturing processes. These units can be moved with a forklift or rolled on optional casters, so relocation is easy. Forklift of proper capacity rating must be used to empty the hopper. Trip handle is one piece with a positive locking mechanism.
Custom Equipment Company hoppers are engineered to dump when the locking handle is tripped, after that will return to the upright locked position when empty. Units are designed to empty when filled up, allowing the sloped front to shift the center of gravity towards the mouth of the unit. Safety retaining chain and trip rope assembly are standard on all hoppers manufactured. Painted Vista Green but optional color choices are available.
